Receiving faxes on XOIP plus numbers

If you have a XOIP plus number, each time someone sends you a fax, your account is increased by one credit per page received.

• Receive 1 credit per page received.

Bank transfer

• You may upload credits by making a deposit into the XOIP bank account.
• Only amounts greater than € 30 are allowed.
• Use your XOIP number as a reference when depositing.
• Your deposit will only be activated once you contact the helpdesk.  (If you require immediate credits, use the 0900 number).

Sending rates

• One credit is € 0.15.
• To send a fax to a local Dutch number costs one credit per page**.
• For international rates, see fax sending rates.
• A failed fax is charged at the credit cost of one page.***

* Inclu sive €0.10 transaction cost.

* Subject to a fair-use policy.  Pages taking longer than 60 seconds to send may be charged additional credits at a rate of 1 credit per additional 60 seconds. 

** Failure attempts that use more than 60 seconds of call time may be charged additional credits at a rate of 1 page per 60 seconds.
