FAX TO EMAIL »

Your fax and voice messages are sent to your email.  Faxes arrive as .pdf or .tif attachments; voice messages arrive as .wav file attachments.
A XOIP number is able to receive multiple messages simultaneously.

XOIP for fax only »

You may configure any of your XOIP numbers as fax-only numbers.  This is advisable if you receive a lot of faxes.  For fax-only numbers,callers hear a fax tone immediately on pick-up.

XOIP for voicemail »

When callers call your number, they hear your personal welcome message.  You can listen to your voice messages from anywhere by calling your XOIP number from any phone.

Fax from the web »

You can send faxes to most countries using the XOIP website.  Save your file as .pdf, and use the homepage to send your fax.  Each page costs one or more credits. 

You may upload credits by calling 0900 0401 349, or you may send funds directly to XOIP. 

Using XOIP with your current telephone number »

XOIP can be used as your primary voice and fax service.  You can forward your fixed or mobile phone to XOIP when you cannot or do not want to answer.

XOIP as your incoming line »

You can set up your XOIP number to forward calls to your fixed or mobile phone.  When someone calls your XOIP number, the call is forwarded to you.  If you are busy, your voicemail picks up. 

XOIP basic numbers support forwarding to Dutch landlines.  XOIP plus numbers support forwarding to landlines and mobile phones.

XOIP as a scanner »

You don’t need to buy a scanner with XOIP. Fax documents you need to scan to your XOIP number, and they will be sent to your email.
