Custom Fax Header

With XOIP you are now able to customize your fax header. The fax header is a short line of text printed in the top left hand corner of each outgoing fax page. With this new feature, you can add your name or company name to the header and your clients will immediately know who sent the fax.

Follow these easy steps to customize your fax header to your own needs:

1. Log in to XOIP
2. Open the ‘my profile’ tab
3. Scroll down to the section called ‘fax out settings’
4. Change the ‘Fax header’ field (maximum amount of characters may not exceed 32 characters)
5. Click ‘save’ to apply your changes
