How can I forward calls from my XOIP number to my telephone?

You can forward your XOIP number from 'my numbers' on your 'my xoip' tab.

  1. Log on by entering your email address and password on the top right hand corner of the website.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
  3. Select 'my xoip'.
  4. Select 'my numbers'.
  5. Select the XOIP number you wish to configure.
  6. Ensure that the XOIP number is set to 'voice and fax'
  7. Select 'to telephone' in the 'forward your XOIP number' section.
  8. Enter the telephone number.
  9. Save your changes.

All XOIP numbers can forward to Dutch landlines and mobile phones.
