How do I log in to access my account?

Log on to XOIP using your registered email address and your password.

If you do not know your password, click the here. If this does not work, contact the helpdesk on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

How do I change my email address?

Note that your registered email address can differ to the email address that your XOIP number sends voicemails and faxes to.

Update your registered email address in your account, under your profile.

  1. Log on by entering your email address and password on the top right hand corner of the website.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
  3. Select 'my xoip'.
  4. Select 'my profile'.
  5. Update your email address.
  6. Save your changes.

You can change the email address where XOIP sends faxes and voicemails by configuring your XOIP numbers. Remember to configure each XOIP number you wish to change.

  4. Select 'my numbers'.
  5. Select the XOIP number that you wish to configure.
  6. Update your email address.
  7. Press 'Save'.

What is the difference between my password and my pin?

You use your email and password to log on to the XOIP website.

Use your PIN if you wish to access your voicemails from a phone other than your mobile phone.

How do I get multiple XOIP numbers?

One XOIP account can have as many XOIP numbers as you need. For example, you can configure a XOIP number for each person in your family, or one for each colleague. You can have Local and Plus numbers in the same account. You can have separate voice, Skype and fax numbers.

How do I remove an inactive number?

You can remove numbers from the 'my numbers' section of your account.

  5. Click the cross icon for the number you wish to remove.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps.

Can I have a Belgian XOIP number?

The XOIP service is only available via Dutch local / 084 / 087 numbers.
