XOIP credits are used to pay for the sending of faxes, forwarding of calls and more. One credit costs € 0.15.

To fax one page to a local Dutch telephone number costs one credit. For details of the number of credits to send faxes internationally, see fax sending rates.

Buy via 0900 phone-call

You can buy 8 credits at a time by calling 0900 0401 349.
Enter your XOIP number when prompted. Your credits will be
instantly available.

One call costs € 1.30. This is for 8 credits and includes a € 0.10 transaction fee.

Buy online

You can purchase credits to the value of € 4.50 to € 180 via an
online purchase. Your credits will be instantly available. There is no transaction fee.

Pay with a bank transfer

You may make a deposit directly into our bank account.
Only amounts greater than € 30 will be accepted. XOIP charges a
€ 3 handling fee for bank transfers.

You MUST mail the helpdesk for your credits to be activated.

Earn credits on incoming faxes

You will receive one credit for each fax page received on your XOIP Plus number. This is only valid for faxes from Dutch XOIP numbers. Any unused credits will expire after 12 months.
