In order to send faxes or to forward calls, you need to use XOIP credit. Faxes are paid per page with XOIP credit. Forwarded calls are paid per minute with XOIP credit. Credits are denominated in Euro.
After you have purchased XOIP credit, the costs of sent faxes or forwarded calls are automatically deducted from your XOIP credit.
You can see you credit balance on XOIP website, on each page where it is relevant.
Empty credit balance
When your balance is empty you will not be able to send a fax. Call will not be forwarded, but will go direct to voicemail.
Buying new credits
You can purchase credit on the XOIP website after you have logged in with your account. You can choose from several amounts.
Credits can expire
Your credits will remain valid as long as you remain an active subscriber. However all credits expire one year after the latest of these dates:
● Your last paid subscription was cancelled or expired
● Your last forwarded call, voicemail or fax that was paid for by your credits
● Your last credit purchase
Credits are not refundable
Unused credits cannot be refunded — also not when the you cancel your subscription or your account.
Free minutes
Some voice subscriptions contain a monthly allowance of free minutes of forwarding calls. As long as you have free minutes left in the month, no credit will be deducted from you balance.
Alert when running low
When you’re running low on credits, you will receive an email notification, so that you can top up and not miss any calls. When you run low in free minutes and you have insufficient credit to forward a call, you will also be notified by email.
When your credit runs low while you’re in a call, you will hear an audio message during the call, alerting you that your credit will soon be finished.
